As the head of Technology Management Concepts, Jennifer Harris develops and maintains a highly skilled team to provide a superior level of service to customers selling and implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solutions.

As a founder of TMC, Jennifer has held numerous positions since its inception in 1984. Originally part of the sales and marketing team, Jennifer was responsible for the sales of a diverse group of ERP software. Later, she added consulting to her responsibilities and was in charge of the implementations of many of those software products including Epicor, Sage and Great Plains, which later became Microsoft Dynamics. Eventually, Jennifer assumed the role of Director of Consulting Services. This was the role she held until 2010, when she repositioned back to her roots of Sales and Marketing. She is currently the president, founder and owner of TMC, guiding the firm’s strategy and continuing to close sales in the product lines of the Microsoft Dynamics suite.
