Effective on-site project management can often be the key to a seamless implementation. We estimate that one hour of project management saves four (4) hours of implementation time. Our team’s main goal is to always keep your project on time and on budget!
Business Process Review
Your TMC Implementation Specialist will review your current business processes and procedures and develop a strategy to map to the Dynamics GP functionality. TMC may recommend specific adjustments needed to your business processes and practices. Includes Chart of Accounts review. This is time to review your processes and an overview of your daily work. After this, if more BPR time is required, you will be given an additional SOW.

While data conversion involves many stages, the most essential of these is the planning phase.
