Jennifer Harris is the founder and CEO of Technology Management Concepts (TMC), a “premiere” Microsoft Solutions Partner in Southern California, and one of the only, wholly-owned female business in the U.S. Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. As TMC’s CEO, Jennifer has received numerous awards throughout the years, including “Top Women-Owned Business,” from the Los Angeles Business Journal, and “Leader of One of America’s Fastest Growing Companies,” from INC5000.
As CEO of TMC, Jennifer is known as a visionary leader. With her solid foundation of over thirty years in the field, she leads one of the most innovative, women-owned technology companies in the nation. Long before diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) became a focal point in the workplace, TMC made a choice to bring together fresh-out-of-college talent and tenured professionals with 20+ years of experiences in their fields.
Based on Jennifer’s longevity in the ever-evolving technology industry, and her presence at its early stage when women were generally not found in leadership positions, she invigorates her company with a forward-thinking approach that encourages new ideas on ways to innovate or improve. Her strength lies in attracting some of the best talent around, who add to TMC’s family culture atmosphere. Despite the upheavals the world has seen through the years, TMC has continued to grow, and today remains solid and better than ever.
It all started with two best friends…
Jennifer Harris has worked in the ERP market for over thirty years. Forming a consulting business with her best friend Brenda right after graduation, the two moved to California and worked hard to establish themselves as one of the longest-standing and highest-regarded partners in the industry. Her finance background coupled with her unwavering focus on great customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TMC is today. She is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum customer service.
Brenda Diener (1961 – 2011) was a founder and CEO of TMC. Brenda headed up the Business Development team at TMC where she concentrated on developing new business relationships and fostering existing customer relationships. In her role, Ms. Diener oversaw sales, marketing, and strategic planning. She was also the primary contact for TMC’s strategic partnerships such as Microsoft. Her commitment to customer satisfaction explains TMC’s long-dedicated “family” of customers, many of whom have grown with TMC over the years.
