Jennifer Harris

Jennifer Harris has worked in the ERP market for over thirty years. Forming a consulting business with her best friend Brenda right after graduation, the two moved to California and worked hard to establish themselves as one of the longest-standing and highest-regarded partners in the industry. Her finance background coupled with her unwavering focus on great customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TMC is today. She is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum in customer service.

Brenda Diener
1961 – 2011

Brenda was a founder and CEO of TMC. Brenda headed up the Business Development team at TMC where she concentrated on developing new business relationships and fostering existing customer relationships. In her role, Ms. Diener oversaw sales, marketing and strategic planning. She was also the primary contact for TMC’s strategic partnerships such as Microsoft. Her commitment to customer satisfaction explains TMC’s long dedicated “family” of customers, many of whom have grown with TMC over the years.

Eron | VP of Consulting

Eron is the strategic vision that drives our Consulting team. As our Professional Services Manager, she leads a team of professionals making sure that our clients are receiving the best possible service. With over 20 years of experience with the Dynamics product lines, along with her finance background,  Eron brings our clients a wealth of experience. At home, she enjoys reading, listening to her husband’s band and taking her pug Daisy and cat Baltimore on walks. Originally from Monterey, Ca, Eron is a lifelong San Francisco Giants fan.

Derek ERP Partner

Derek | VP of Technology

Derek serves as TMC’s Technology Manager, providing the roadmap for the IT services offered both internally and to our client base. He has been providing technical leadership and support to a wide range of clients in a multitude of industries at TMC for close to twenty years. Derek is leading our Cloud initiative and is responsible for our Azure offering. He’s known for his patience, attention to detail and breadth of technical knowledge. Derek loves BBQ’ing and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brett | VP of Sales and Marketing

Brett leads TMC’s Sales & Marketing team, which he was integral in building. In this position, Brett develops outreach strategy for the ever-changing ERP, CRM, & Cloud Applications markets while innovating best practices in how to connect with clients. Brett hails from St. Louis, MO, so feel free to talk to him about his love for hockey & the St. Louis Blues, his recent trips around the world like Jordan or Croatia, or his longtime involvement in the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Sergio | Development Manager

Sergio serves as TMC’s Development Manager. In this role, Sergio is responsible for overseeing  technical development across a wide range of projects, as well as providing leadership to our incredible team of software developers. Sergio has been working to develop IP for the Dynamic product lines for almost 20 years and has extensive experience designing and architecting solutions from complex integrations to custom software.  His home life is equally busy with a wife, three kids and a very helpful Nespresso machine.

Jim | Client Account Manager

As our Client Account Manager, Jim spends his time managing our critical client relationships and working with clients to ensure they are receiving the best service possible. He also works with them to discover which new products will match their evolving organizational needs. When not answering the beck and call of every TMC client, Jim enjoys rooting for Michigan State sports teams, cake pops and diet coke, and spending time in Guatemala during his annual community service trip.

Brittany serves as TMC’s Controller, a one-stop shop for both client and in-house financial strategies. In her role, she works closely with every part of the company to ensure that operations run smoothly, and that both clients and employees remain happy with TMC’s performance. At home, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, bike rides along the beach and learning more about her favorite animal, the pig.
