We’re Hiring: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Remote)

Are you passionate about helping businesses transform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? TMC is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead and deliver successful D365 BC implementations across a diverse client base.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the setup and configuration of Business Central modules based on project scope.
• Deliver effective, engaging training sessions to end users.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance post-implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to ensure project success.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
• Manage data migration: prepare templates, import data, and validate results.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with third-party ISVs to install and configure integrated solutions.
• Stay current on Business Central updates, hotfixes, and new features.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Business Central.
• Proven experience training end users on Business Central (required).
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 BC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Experience working virtually with distributed teams.
• Certification Requirement: Must obtain the MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification and associate it with TMC.
