WE NEED AN ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft software products, including Dynamics GP and/or D365 Business Central. They will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, Azure, and CRM to manage financial data and processes.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing.
  • Audit Support: Prepare for and support external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or technology environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or D365 Business Central
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification: CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
