At TMC, we realize the value of our employees and the challenges they have faced during the two years that many have been working with us remotely. To support them, we created our AIM Program, which stands for Appreciation, Inspiration and Motivation. Each month, our designated Chief Motivational Officer and our AIM Committee develop unique programs and activities to connect our virtual employees and support our employees’ health and welfare.
