WE NEED A TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (D365CRM)
TMC is seeking to add to our Professional Services team a Technical Consultant to work with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) product line. This position works directly with our clients providing Consulting services. This position is a remote position and you work from your home office. There will be a few times year where onsite is required for company meetings. This position includes the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Participate in technical Business Process Review and Design sessions with clients.
- Participate in status calls as required.
- Facilitate technical implementation meetings and technical client training.
- Design, develop, test and deploy technical solutions for:
- D365 CE implementations
- Integrations between D365 CE and other systems
- D365 CE Data Conversions
- D365 CE Migrations
- Power Pages
- Canvas Apps
- Microsoft Azure Solutions (e.g., Function apps, Web apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.)
- Reports
- Collaborate with functional consultant lead on client projects.
- Provide end user technical and operational support to clients.
- Provide technical D365 CE or Power Pages Portal training to clients.
- Follow best practices for development and source code storage.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Execute any Project Tasks assigned by VP of Consulting, Practice Manager or Project Manager.
- Keep up with new releases of D365 CE, demo new features and stay on top of upcoming changes as they relate to client solutions.
- Assist with providing estimates for technical tasks on Statements of Work or Change Requests.
- Participate in technical demos and present functionality to potential clients.
- Assisting other Practice teams with project components that pertain to D365 CE.
- Design, develop and maintain D365 CE IP as identified by the CRM Team.
Essential Skills:
Required
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience with Dataverse, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Experience with integrating D365 CE with various systems using tools such as Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with developing custom workflows, plugins, Azure-based processes and client-side functionality using C# and JavaScript.
- Experience with migrating data to D365 CE using tools such as KingswaySoft.
- Experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Power Pages.
- Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or MS Teams meeting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Beneficial
- Experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (formerly Marketing) and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience utilizing Virtual Tables to display data in Dynamics 365 from a variety of external sources.
- Experience with integrating D365 CE with D365 Business Central.
- Experience with Azure DevOps to track work items.
- Experience with other tools within the Power Platform and related services, such as Dataflows, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification
