Your project team at a minimum will include a Project Manager who defines project tasks, scope, timeline, and efficiently allocates resources, an Application Specialist who provides customized training, assists with data reconciliation, and post-go-live support, and a Technical Specialist who creates customizations and data integrations and modifies reports.

Jennifer Harris | Founder & President
Jennifer has worked in the ERP/CRM market for over 30 years. After graduation, she and her best friend Brenda formed a consulting business. The two relocated from Florida to California and worked hard to establish themselves as one of the longest-standing and highest-regarded Microsoft partners in the industry. Jennifer’s finance background, coupled with her unwavering focus on great customer satisfaction, helped form the basis of what TMC is today.

Eron Carlucci | Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at TMC, Eron Carlucci brings both strategic vision and operational expertise to guiding the company’s growth. With a career spanning accounting, consulting, project management, and executive leadership, she has led hundreds of projects and built TMC’s Business Central and CRM practices from the ground up. Her leadership focuses on fostering cross-functional alignment, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring her team delivers solutions that stand the test of time. John Buccola | Chief Growth Officer
As Chief Technology & Growth Officer at TMC, John Buccola accelerates growth by aligning business development with technology strategy, including the integration of AI to unlock new value for clients. His leadership spans decades in high-stakes environments—serving as CIO for KKR, EQT, and Cerberus-backed companies, and later building and selling a technology optimization practice at E78. Renowned for translating complex technical capabilities into strategic wins, John’s work has earned recognition from MIT and Microsoft for breakthroughs in AI and machine learning. Carrie Gabris | VP of Consulting
Carrie Gabris is VP of Consulting at TMC, where she leads organizations through some of their most complex and high-impact initiatives. Drawing on nearly three decades across finance, distribution, and manufacturing, she has delivered Microsoft Dynamics solutions and global deployments spanning Asia, Europe, North America, and Mexico. Carrie’s hallmark is her ability to unite diverse stakeholders—C-suite to frontline—around a shared vision, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, alignment, and measurable business value. Brett Hensley | VP of Sales & Marketing

Teri Gray | Director of ERP Practice
As Practice Director of ERP at TMC, Teri Gray oversees one of the company’s largest practices, guiding teams that deliver Microsoft ERP solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Since joining TMC eight years ago as a Project Manager, she has steadily advanced into leadership by building high-performing teams, refining processes, and fostering lasting client partnerships. Teri is recognized for her servant-leadership approach, blending empathy with data-driven precision. Her leadership has powered global transformations, including a multi-country expense management system supporting 50 currencies, executed from discovery to deployment. Chuck Harris | Practice Manager – CRM
As Practice Manager for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform at TMC, Chuck Harris leads practice strategy and delivery, ensuring clients achieve measurable results from their sales, service, and marketing systems. Drawing on more than 15 years of Dynamics CRM/CE implementation experience—and an early career in marketing and communications—Chuck combines a customer-first perspective with deep technical expertise. He is trusted for helping organizations turn ambiguity into pragmatic solutions through scalable architecture, iterative delivery, and clear governance. Known for his calm, positive style, Chuck makes complex decisions feel simple while equipping clients to own and evolve their systems long-term.
Steven Christian | Technology Director

Brittany Stone | VP of Finance
Brittany serves as TMC’s Controller, a one-stop shop for both client and in-house financial strategies. In her role, she works closely with every part of the company to ensure that operations run smoothly and that both clients and employees remain happy with TMC’s performance. At home, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, bike rides along the beach, and learning more about her favorite animal, the pig.
Avigal Horrow | General Counsel
Avigal Horrow serves as Fractional General Counsel at TMC, where she oversees employment compliance, HR policies, risk management, and all third-party agreements. She is a trusted advisor to the executive team, ensuring that TMC’s strategies and partnerships align with both regulatory standards and long-term goals. With experience as an employee, employer, and contractor, Avigal brings a balanced perspective that blends legal rigor with an understanding of how decisions impact people. She is known for navigating complex negotiations in a way that secures TMC’s position while building constructive, enduring relationships. Beyond her legal role, she leads TMC’s philanthropic efforts, including STEM scholarships for female students, and is the founder of Forward Giving Circle, a Manhattan Beach-based nonprofit.
