We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Manager to work on our ambitious Sales team to drives sales activity and strategic initiative for our CRM practice. This position will require you to:

  • Drive sales activity to achieve established sales targets and strategic initiative goals for our CRM practice.
  • Lead the development of short- and long-range sales plans for CRM practice improving growth and penetration goals.
  • Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet the requirements including demos & pricing of CRM solution.
  • Manage all CRM Account Executives within the CRM business unit.
  • Actively participates in the sales process to guide staff and assist in closing key opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal sales force quality through the recruitment, development, and retention of top-performing people.
  • Contribute to and implements strategic planning decisions and initiatives as an active member of the sales management team.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales & Marketing to strategize, collaborate, & create a growth plan for CRM practice.
  • Engage with Microsoft leadership & field sales teams on a regular cadence to drive and reinforce sales alignment, while identifying new opportunities for differentiation and growth
  • Be a part of the hiring team for additional members of the CRM team – sales reps, functional consultants, project managers, technical consultants, etc. (we are hiring in all areas)
  • Help guide TMC in optimizing their own internal Dynamics 365 system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Well-organized, self-directed team player
  • Excellent track record of establishing strong internal/external relationships and meeting/exceeding yearly quota.
  • Experience developing, executing sales plans, and delivering sales and marketing presentations from the C level to the department level to clients.
  • Experience in leadership by influence will be critical to the success of this effort.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of sales experience positioning technical products and software solutions in a high-touch and consultative selling environment.
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 (CRM) experience.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) preferred.
