WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to work on our fast-growing CRM team to provide implementation services to our clients.
This position will require you to wear many hats from reviewing client business processes/requirements and proposing the best technical solution, to training clients on tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.
You must have a strong knowledge of the overall Dynamics 365 CRM solution and the Microsoft ecosystem. This job is virtual but may require some on-site visits post-Covid.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience of functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM design and configuration.
- Ability to implement and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM modules/functionality (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Experience with multiple full client implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations.
- Experience in documenting both functional requirements as well as technical solutions.
- Ability to bridge “out of the box” functionality with ISV solutions.
- Experience working on integrating CRM with other applications especially ERP.
- Train clients on both functional features and the administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with data conversions and testing scripts.
- Develop high-level project plans and estimates.
- Provide technical support to existing CRM clients.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification required (or in the process).
- Legally able to work in the United States ongoing required.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and integration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
