WHAT WE NEED
Technology Management Concepts is seeking to add to our Professional Services team a Project Manager to work with the Dynamics GP or Dynamic 365 BC (NAV) product lines. This position works directly with our clients providing Consulting services and should be able to go onsite when necessary. Resources that have been supporting Dynamics in-house are welcome. This position will work out of their home office and requires you to:
- Analyze and identify key business requirements and issues
- Perform business process reviews
- Assist clients in implementation and training
- Create documentation-Project Plans, Statements of Work, Change Orders
- Manage client expectations for budget and scope of Projects
- Serve as a functional consultant when necessary and overflow for Help Desk support
- Collaborate with team members and outside resources on Projects
- Identify areas for additional training and software development work where required
- Provide user training both remote and onsite classroom
- Assist the sales team when necessary with discovery and prospect requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics GP or NAV consultant
- Deep knowledge of either Dynamics GP or Dynamics NAV REQUIRED
- Must be able to go onsite to clients in Southern California
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Business Writing skills
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills
- Understanding of Critical Business Processes
- Accounting and Finance understanding a plus
- Microsoft Certifications a plus
- Legally able to work in the United States ongoing required
