Join our dynamic team as an Azure Infrastructure Consultant / Help Desk Technician and take your career to new heights! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a strong background in Azure infrastructure administration.   • Provide support the Technology Practice Manager
  • Must enjoy solving complex technical issues and have a knack for providing exceptional customer and internal support
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determe the best solution to issues using details provided by end user (both internal and external).
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
  • Configure, setup, and administration of M365 products including (but not limited to) Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive.
  • Provision and maintain virtual machines in Azure.
  • Monitor and maintain Azure storage and networking.
  • Execute Azure ground-to-cloud migrations using Azure Migrate.
  • Implement Microsoft Defender for Cloud security services.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience with cloud architecture, systems secutity; network operations; Windows servers; M365; SQL databases and regulatory audits
  • 2-5 year(s) of experience in Azure infrastructure Administration.
  • 5-7 year(s) of Windows Server Administration.
  • Working knowledge of general Azure infrastructure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts
  • Working knowledge of Azure Migrate and Microsoft Defender for Cloud encouraged.
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Azure Entra, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt, learn and design solutions using new concepts and technologies.
  • Good notetaking and documentation.
  • Good communication skills
