Jennifer Harris is the Founder and CEO of Technology Management Concepts (TMC), a Microsoft Solutions Partner with more than three decades of experience in the ERP and CRM ecosystem. Under her leadership, TMC has grown into a trusted, nationwide partner helping organizations modernize across ERP, CRM, cloud, and AI.

Jennifer is focused on building what she believes the Microsoft Partner of the Future should look like. That vision centers on staying closely aligned with Microsoft’s platform direction, investing ahead of change, and building teams that help customers navigate both technology and transformation with confidence. Growth at TMC is intentional and part of a long-term strategy to strengthen capabilities, partnerships, and outcomes.

As part of that evolution, TMC continues to grow through aligned partnerships, including welcoming teams like TMG who share TMC’s values, vision, and long-term approach to building. Jennifer believes the strongest companies are built through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to people and customers.

It all started with two best friends…

Jennifer Harris has worked in the ERP market for over thirty years. Forming a consulting business with her best friend Brenda right after graduation, the two moved to California and worked hard to establish themselves as one of the longest-standing and highest-regarded partners in the industry. Her finance background coupled with her unwavering focus on great customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TMC is today. She is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum customer service.

Brenda Diener (1961 – 2011) was a founder and CEO of TMC. Brenda headed up the Business Development team at TMC where she concentrated on developing new business relationships and fostering existing customer relationships. In her role, Ms. Diener oversaw sales, marketing, and strategic planning. She was also the primary contact for TMC’s strategic partnerships such as Microsoft. Her commitment to customer satisfaction explains TMC’s long-dedicated “family” of customers, many of whom have grown with TMC over the years.
