As the release for Dynamics 365 Pricing on Azure draws near, more details are starting to leak. Firstly, for those unfamiliar, Dynamics 365 is an ERP/CRM bundle hosted on the Azure platform, and it is available in Business and Enterprise bundles. If you’re thinking of making the plunge, here’s a high-level look at what you need to know.
Business
Companies with 10-250 employees are ideal for the Business edition of Dynamics 365. Modules include Financials, Sales and Marketing (The Financials module is expected to launch later this year, while the Sales and Marketing modules are expected next year.) Dynamics 365 pricing options include $50 for all modules + Power Apps (for business app development) or $5/month for light users (aka Team Members Business Edition).
Enterprise
Companies with more than 250 employees are ideal for Dynamics 365 Enterprise. Modules include Operations, Field Service, Project Service, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. There are four licensing options, including: one module at a time ($40-$190 per user); Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition ($115/month per user), Enterprise Edition ($210/month per user); or $10/month per user for light edition (aka Team Members Enterprise Edition).
