Dynamics GP 2015 Workflow
The added functionalities of General Ledger / Receivable / Payables Batch Approvals in Dynamics GP 2015 allow you to control the processing in a more streamlined fashion.
In addition to that, the Vendor Approval functionality allows you to control the setup and editing of vendors.
All those features allow you to create workflow processes around General, Clearing and Budget transaction batches. These processes need to be completed before defined document processes. The workflows status appears on the windows and actions can be taken directly from those windows, from an email or from a Navigation List.
