The TMC Project Team

The TMC Project Team consists of highly specialized and experienced consultants who are certified in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Core Microsoft Technologies.  The wide range of Professional Service offerings are delivered to you by the following TMC resources.

The TMC Project Managers use a highly structured methodology that ensures constant communication with the entire Project Team. When you “go live” with your new system, our team’s up front planning assures your transition to be as painless as possible.   The Project Manager role includes:

  • Define project activities, goals and scope and develop a comprehensive project plan
  • Implement project internal controls and control project slippage
  • Develop a project timeline and critical path
  • Manage team resources, project performance and project budgets
  • Create effective communication channels

Your TMC Implementation Specialist will assist you throughout the implementation process. This key individual will work with your internal team on a regular basis to carry out the project plan.  The services provided by your Implementation Specialist are:

  • Customized end-user training
  • Assist with system setups assuring your new ERP system matches your business processes
  • Focus on the functions that make your company more efficient and productive
  • Provide on-going software and user support as needed

Our TMC Technical Specialist will assist you and your IT staff with the physical set-up of your new Dynamics, (including installation and setting system parameters).  They assist the team with all aspects of the technical side of the Project Plan.  These tasks include:

  • Installation of the new ERP applications on the database server and individual client workstations
  • Data Conversions
  • Integrations using tools such as eConnect and Integration Manager
