It can create expense reports for any projects to which they are assigned. Employees, you will be able to allow delegates to enter expense reports on their behalf.

Workflow approvals and task assignments are defined for expense reports; workflow actions are executed on the documents from the Expense Entry Window or from the Navigation lists.

  • Invoicing in the Web Client

Very simple but it make the difference, Customers would use the Invoicing Module now can use Invoicing in the Web Client. It was only previous allowed directly in the GP system, so this feature is great for anyone working remotely that needs to Invoice a client.

  • Organizational Account User Authentication

This feature allows users to be authenticated for Microsoft Dynamics GP using organizational account credentials, also known as Azure AD accounts. This allows the user to log into the Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Client using the same credentials that are used for Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, or many other cloud applications.

This provides a single sign-on experience for Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Client with other cloud applications. Once logged into your account, the credentials can be used to authenticate you against any applications that accept the credentials, creating an easier login experience for users in the cloud.

Workflow approval and task assignments can also be assigned to an organizational account rather than a Windows account when the system is configured for this authentication method.

  • Service Based Architecture

In this upgrade, the Service Based Architecture will enable Microsoft Dynamics GP and ISV products to expose and consume services. This idea is to build a better and more robust integrations and help you create companion apps in their platform of choice expanding reach, depth and capability of Dynamics GP.

In addition, the deployment of the Service Based Architecture makes it very easy to meet your needs. Flexible and fast, you may also choose a scale out deployment across several servers, with a single tenant or multitenant configuration.

The installation of the Service Based Architecture server components is included in the same installation as the web client so you can easily deploy both components at the same time.
