Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) – APPLICATION CONSULTANT

WE NEED AN APPLICATION CONSULTANT (CRM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) Application Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) expert, you will work directly with our clients, providing consulting services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office. However, occasional onsite attendance will be required for client or company meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Business Process Review sessions with clients to gather requirements.
• Participate in Design sessions with clients.
• Provide end-user technical and operational support to clients.
• Participate in implementation meetings and client training sessions.
• Coordinate development or integration work with developers.
• Coordinate 3^rd party product implementation services with vendors.
• Perform CRM Implementation Tasks:
  • Configuration (entity/form creation, views, dashboards, reports, etc.)
  • Customization (Power Automate, CRM for Outlook, etc.)
  • Data Maintenance
  • Data Conversion
• User Management including onboarding, decommissioning, profiles, roles, permissions, and system access.
• Perform Testing of configuration, customizations, 3^rd party products, integrations, and validation of reports.
• Prepare documentation (requirements, design, agendas).
• Support and work with other members of the team on solutions and issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience supporting Dynamics CRM, preferably Dynamics 365
• Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or MS Teams meeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Beneficial Skills:

• Experience with PowerApps.
• Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant certification.
