The CustomerSource is Microsoft’s online web portal, it is designed to help you get more out of your Dynamics GP investment.
CustomerSource provides unlimited access to online training, ability to log cases with Microsoft, information about your software license, technical support Knowledge Base, newsgroups, downloads, event details and more – anytime, from anywhere.
Recently we had a Dynamics GP customer asking us about the Management Reporter training materials. I added the person to CustomerSource and directed them to the E-Learning materials for Management Reporter courses. I also directed them to free student training guides online with instructional labs for them to follow.
To begin using CustomerSource, you will need to have a Microsoft account or an Organizational account. You will receive information on those accounts when you are signed up for CustomerSource via the introductory email. Again, CustomerSource is free as long as you are current on your annual maintenance.
