We have perfected 3 streamlined fully-remote implementation packages for our customers, so no matter your size or location, we have the right implementation package for you! As always, if you need more than what is listed in the implementation packages below, we can come on-site for traditional training and offer customized services. Tier 1 – “Economy” Implementation Package = $1,875 (15 hours)

Our Tier 1 Implementation package is for the organization that only requires basic setup and training. This customer has an experienced staff and TMC will be providing guidance and coaching more than implementation services.

This plan includes 15 hours of TMC assistance and consulting efforts.
($165/hour additional services)

High level tasks that TMC will perform with you are:

  • Activate Dynamics 365 for Financials environment
  • Create first 3 Dynamics 365 users and train client how to setup additional users
  • Create Production Company database and basic configuration (customer completes the more detailed settings)
  • System Setup Checklist will be prepared and TMC will review along with customer
  • High level training on Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation)
  • Go-Live review and plan next steps for successful post Go-Live

Customer Requirements:

  • Customer will perform all master record data imports (Customers, Vendors, etc.)
  • Customer will perform most configuration settings (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.)
  • All custom functionality and reports are not included and quoted separately

Tier 2 – “Business” Implementation Package = $5,000 (40 hours)

Our Tier 2 Implementation Package includes everything in the Tier 1 Implementation Package but also requires implementation services of the Financial Modules.  TMC will assist you to create a robust implementation of Dynamics 365 for Financials as follows:

This plan includes 40 hours of TMC assistance and consulting efforts.
($155/hour additional services)

Some of the tasks that TMC will do for the customer are:

  • High Level Business Process Review on the Financial Modules with recommendations
  • Activate Dynamics 365 environment
  • Create first 6 Dynamics 365 users and train client how to setup additional users
  • Create Production Company database and basic configuration of Dynamics 365 for Financials along with GL Account Structure
  • Provide Import templates for Vendor, Customer, and Chart of Accounts Master Records
  • Import Master Vendors and Customers from Customer provided populated templates
  • Modify User Security
  • Setup System and Company settings
  • Format Check and Invoice (one of each)
  • Create One Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Train the trainer on the Financial Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation)
  • Go-Live review and plan next steps for successful post Go-Live

Customer Requirements:

  • All custom functionality and reports are not included and quoted separately
  • There is no test company, so all configurations will be done in Go-Live

Tier 3 – “First Class” Implementation Package = $12,500 (100 hours)

Our Tier 3 Implementation Package builds upon both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Implementation Packages but is for when a customer is implementing the Distribution modules of Purchase Order, Sales Order and Inventory.

This plan includes 100 hours of TMC assistance and consulting efforts. 
($145/hour additional services)

TMC will be assisting you in implementing the entire Dynamics 365 suite of modules.

  • High Level Business Process Review on the Financial Modules with recommendations
  • Activate Dynamics 365 environment
  • Create first 15 Dynamics 365 users and train client how to setup additional users
  • Create Test Company database and configure Dynamics 365 for Financials based on the Business Process Review
  • Review Chart of Accounts Structure
  • Create Production Company database and configure Dynamics 365 for Financials along with GL Account Structure
  • Provide Import templates for Vendor, Customer, and Chart of Accounts Master Records
  • Import Master Vendors and Customers from Customer provided populated templates
  • Setup System and Company settings along with modifying security
  • Format Check and Invoice (two of each)
  • Format Sales Order and Purchase Order (one of each)
  • Create One Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Train the trainer on the Financial Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Bank Reconciliation)
  • Train the trainer on the Distribution Modules (Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory)

We look at our implementation packages like flying on your favorite airline.

You have Economy Class which is perfectly suitable and will get you there safely. Our Economy Implementation package will get you up and running in days with no fuss.

In Business Class you get some more room, maybe a lie-flat seat, upgraded dining choices and access to lounges.  Our Business Implementation Package will give you this type of services where you will not only get there, but get there comfortably and with us easing the way.   You will get in-depth implementation and training around your entire Financials module suite while still getting all the benefits from the Economy package.

Lastly, First Class. You get treated like a royal king/queen in First Class. Access to a lavish flying style and customer service reps/flight attendants to help you every minute along the way. You will get that same “white glove” treatment from our First-Class Implementation Package. You will receive all the benefits of the Economy & Business Class packages but with First Class you will get more planning meetings with your Project Manager, implementation of the Distribution modules if needed and in general more frequent support from our Consulting team. Choose which package fits your budget and company’s needs best!

In addition to these Implementation Plans, we won’t leave you high and dry after your implementation is complete. We offer a Full-Time Help Desk that you can call in or email to help with any issues you might be having with your Dynamics 365 environment. In addition to the Help Desk, you can get an On-Going Support plan for only $500/month which includes 4 hours a month of service that can be allocated at any time during the year.
