TMC’s Help Desk support staff is available to answer questions from the simplest to the most complex.

Our customer support Help Desk is staffed by highly trained service professionals who are happy to answer your questions, resolve problems, and research solutions.

Desktop Streaming

For more detailed concerns, our staff can connect to your system over the web and diagnose, resolve and communicate with you about the problem. We use Desktop Streaming, a secure Web-based screen-sharing solution that enables full remote desktop sharing between your company and TMC. This allows us to provide faster first-time call resolution, while reducing or even eliminating lag time and travel time to your office.

As part of your Dynamics GP maintenance plan, you have access to CustomerSource, Microsoft’s electronic support site. This site can be used to search the Knowledge Base, download updates, provide access to automated fixes, view online training, and find other information resources virtually 24 hours a day.
