TMC and DocuSource – A Dynamic Team

TMC will be joining DocuSource at the AIIM event in Seal Beach, CA on Thursday March 1st, 2012. AIIM is the global community of information professionals that provide the education, research and certification that information professionals need to manage and share information assets in an era of mobile, social, cloud and big data.

To get documents organized and apart of workflows we have found this to be a science in and out of itself! DocuSource has determined if GP is your game TMC should be your provider. TMC has likewise determined if you are puzzled in how to approach business documents as managed content, you need a common-denominator and you need DocuSource.

Both TMC  and DocuSource are thrilled about their new partnership and look forward to continued success.

Restaurant Show a Success!

TMC joined the 2011 West Region Foodservice and Hospitality Show in San Diego, from August 26th to August 28th. The show was held in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District, and was TMC’s first restaurant tradeshow. The Sales and Marketing team was led by Pat Quimby, and John Hoyt, with the assistance of Brett Hensley. TMC has a deep knowledge and a wealth of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and this show was a great opportunity to present to a lively audience of restaurant owners and decision makers.
 

For TMC, the focus of the show was a chance to introduce the Automation Framework that TMC wrote, which is used to connect the restaurant Point of Sales system to the Dynamics GP accounting system. For many restaurants, their current system allows for only a weekly integration, and in some cases only a once per month integration. This model essentially leaves the organization flying blind for much of the month. The TMC Automation Framework is designed to integrated data from the restaurant POS system on a daily basis, with daily flash reports being delivered back to the restaurant General Manager the next day. By greatly reducing the time between the POS system and Dynamics GP, the organizations decision makers have access to more current information allowing them to make better decisions.
