The Founders
Co-founded in 1984 by Jennifer Harris and the late Brenda Diener, TMC is a full-service boutique Microsoft Dynamics consulting firm. For more than twenty five years, middle market organizations in the US and overseas have looked to TMC for innovative Financial, HR/Payroll, CRM and Supply Chain solutions. The success of our organization is a reflection of the professionals employed at TMC. Our founding principals have enormous depth and breadth of experience in Microsoft technologies. Their commitment to the organization, its employees and its customers is what makes TMC stand apart from its competition. TMC won the Organizational Development award from Microsoft which is a testament to the vision of its founders.
Jennifer Harris
Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Harris has recently been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (previously the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Professional Services) for TMC. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Jennifer develops and maintains a highly skilled team in order to provide world class service to customers. In addition to overseeing the Professional Services area, Jennifer takes on a day-to-day management role within the organization, assuring that they stay current on the latest technologies.
Jennifer’s finance background coupled with her unwavering focus on customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TMC is today. Jennifer is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum in customer service.
Jennifer attended the University of Florida majoring in Business Administration. She is a member of FEI and NAWBO. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running and reading.
In Memory of Brenda Diener
(1961 – 2011)
Brenda was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Technology Management Concepts (TMC). Brenda headed up the Business Development team at TMC where she concentrated on developing new business relationships and fostering existing customer relationships. In her role, Ms. Diener oversaw sales, marketing and strategic planning. She was also the primary contact for TMC’s strategic partnerships such as Microsoft.
Her commitment to customer satisfaction explains TMC’s long dedicated “family” of customers, many of whom have grown with TMC over the years.
Born and raised in Miami Beach, Brenda graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance, and did post graduate work at Florida International University. She was a board member of The Jr. Blind of America and a member of Provisors. Her hobbies included traveling, cooking and running.
