TMC WINS MICROSOFT’S EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
Each year, Microsoft’s prestigious Excellence in Customer Service award recognizes one Customer Sales Manager and one Certified Account Executive who “goes the extra mile” to assist their customers and other fellow Customer Sales Managers and Certified Account Executives. These individuals are singled out because they look at problems conflicts and requests from the customer’s perspective. Their efforts to understand their customers enable them to provide excellence in customer service. This award for Excellence in Customer Service Award for Sales Management was given to TMC. TMC’s sales management team is noted for its ability to listen, to understand customers’ needs, and find the right Great Plains module to suit the situation. While balancing three to five customer visits per week, TMC sales management personnel organize user group meetings, create newsletters that are sent to all existing customers, attend kickoff meetings for all new implementation projects, and visit customers quarterly.
In addition TMC has been awarded Microsoft Gold Certified status year over year. This prestigious status, is only given to a small percentage of the Microsoft Dynamics partners.
